This consists of checking the breaks, belts, hoses, tires, fluids, and more. We try to identify problems before they cause breakdowns. We don't just "band-aid" a repair; We strive to diagnose the cause and provide the needed attention to resolve the problem. |
| OWNER BIOGRAPHY Barbara (Barb) A. Main has over 21 years experience with financial information systems management, specializing in the business and financial applications in both the private and public sector. Barb has a BA degree in Business Administration from Roanoke College of Salem, VA and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Strayer University of Manassas, Virginia. Barb has a Diploma in Computer Programming from Computer Learning Center. Barb currently manages all the financial decisions of J&J Automotive Services as well as maintaining the accounting and tax requirements for the business. James (Jim) Drollinger has over 25 years of experience in the automotive repair and service industry. Jim has a BS in Information Systems w/a minor in Business Management from Strayer University. He has many Information Technology and Project Management Certifications. His extensive experience managing people and projects includes team leadership and project management for a variety of private companies. Jim currently manages the day to day affairs of J&J Automotive Services. He is the first contact the customer has when arriving at the shop. Jim discusses the concerns with the customer, makes the diagnosis of the vehicle and advises the technician on how to proceed with the repair or service. |
