A: James (Jim) Drollinger has an Electronics background with a B.S in Computer Information Systems with a Minor in  
Business Management. Jim is also Certified in Project Management.

Jim has obtained his Advanced Engine Performance Specialists (L1) advanced rating.
Jim is a Certified Emissions Repair Technician, has passed the Virginia State Safety Inspection Test, and is a
licensed DEQ technician.

Q: What is a Fleet?
A: Any business with vehicles. As an Authorized Fleet Service Center we provide all levels of service & repair to any
commercial business.

Q: What kinds of parts do you use when repairing a vehicle?
A: We only use the Highest Quality Part available for the repair with a 12 month or 12K mile warranty.

Q: What are the most difficult problems to identify?
A: Driveability issues are challenging. We use a multi-tiered diagnostic procedure to identify the "cause" of a problem
so that we can focus on the "solution".

Q: How does J & J Automotive Services save me money?
A: If you have a problem with your car we will run a diagnostic procedure. These procedures save you money in the
long run by preventing you from purchasing parts you do not need and having to pay extra fees for the time your car
is in the shop. The diagnostic test allows us to determine what the problem is and provide the needed attention to
